Ricardo Lazoff is a commercial real estate advisor with Compass, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, and development properties throughout South Florida. Since entering commercial real estate in 2016, Ricardo has built his practice around identifying opportunities, providing thoughtful market analysis, structuring transactions, and guiding clients from the initial evaluation through a successful closing.

His real estate expertise is supported by more than four decades of experience in sales, business development, operations, and entrepreneurship. Before focusing on commercial real estate, Ricardo founded and managed businesses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America, including ventures in financial services, wholesale distribution, retail, and residential development. This broad business background gives him a practical understanding of investment strategy, property operations, negotiations, marketing, and the needs of both owners and investors.
